Glyph of Omen of Clarity damage adjustment reverted - 9/28/23

Greetings,
With this week’s PTR build we pushed an adjustment to the Omen of Clarity glyph to reduce all physical damage dealt by 5%. Upon reviewing this further we have decided to revert this change, which we have just deployed via hotfix. We’d like to thank everyone who has participated in the patch 3.4.3 PTR and given feedback about this and all of the other new content and features coming in the 3.4.3 Fall of the Lich King patch.
